Nikka All Malt is een blend tussen Yoichi en Miyagikyo single malts. De geur kenmerkt zich als levendig met invloeden van gerookt vlees wat overgaat in verse kruiden en rijp fruit. De smaak is in het begin zoet , waarna deze overgaat naar iets fruitig. Voornamelijk naar witte druiven met lichte hints van kokosmelk.

Nikka Coffey Malt is een whisky die gedestilleerd is van gemoute gerst . De geur kenmerkt zich door invloeden uit banaan, peer, rijstcake en vanille. De smaken van gedroogd fruit, rozijnen en mais maken dit tot een complete, overheerlijke whisky. Tot slot de afdronk deze is erg zoet. Karamel, kaneel en popcorn geven een idee van de zoetheid van de finish.
