Single Malt uit India. Paul John behoord bij de oudere distilleerderijen van India. Door de hoge temperatuur in India is de verdamping uit het vat erg hoog. Tot wel 15% per jaar. Hierdoor ontstaat er een snellere wisselwerking met het hout waardoor de whisky zich sneller ontwikkeld. De Bold Peat is licht geturfd. Alcoholpercentage: 46%. Inhoud: 70cl.

Paul John Single Malt Brilliance

Een whisky uit Goa, India welke gerijpt is op Bourbon vaten, de smaak is vol en zoet en de afdronk is licht droog. Hij is non-chill filtered, dat wil zeggen dat de whisky alleen gefilterd is om deeltjes uit de whisky te halen. De smaak en het aroma wordt bij deze methode maximaal behouden. De chill filtering is in de 20e eeuw ontwikkeld om whisky stabieler te maken. Dit betekent dat non-chill filtered whisky's eerder troebel worden als er water aan wordt toegevoegd. Brilliance laat je verrassen door deze Indiase whisky. Alcoholpercentage: 46%. Inhoud: 70cl.
