Wolfburn Aurora wird von der Wolfburn Distillery produziert. Das Reifen erfolgt in einer Kombination von Fassern 40% auf second-fill Quarter Casks, 40% in first-fill Ex Bourbon Fassern und 20% in Oloroso Hogsheads. Nase Mandeln, Pekannusse und susser Sherry. Geschmack suss, Sherry, Rosinen, Beeren, andere nussige Sorten sowie frische Gerste. Finish Langsam aufkommender Sherry kombiniert mit einigen Krautern.
