Royal Brackla 16 Years stammt aus der ersten Brennerei, die offiziell das Recht hatte, den Titel Royal zu verwenden. Es ist ein reichhaltiger Sherry-Whisky mit sussem und leicht wurzigem Charakter. Dies ist das Resultat einer Reifung in first-fill Oloroso-Sherryfassern. Das Aroma ist voll und fruchtig Apfel, Birne und Melone folgen aufeinander. Sie werden umspielt von sussen Noten von Honig, Toffee und floralen Tonen, die ein Hauch Ingwer begleitet. In Honig getrankte Frucht offnet sich am Gaumen. Daraus entwickeln sich warmere, wurzige Noten.
