Der Illicit Still von The Glenlivet ist fur 12 Jahre gereift und ist Teil der Limited-Edition-Serie.

The Glenlivet Founders Reserve ist nach dem Grunder der Glenlivet Brennerei benannt George Smith. Nase Datteln, Salz, Aprikosen, Orangenschale, Toffee, Schokoladenrosinen und Zimt. Geschmack fruchtig, suss, Anis, Milchschokolade, Bananentoffee mit einem Ubergang zu Apfel. Finish Toffee, Eiche, Gerste und schliesslich etwas Schokolade.

The Glenlivet 15 Years French Oak ist ein reicher und komplexer Single Malt Whisky, der sich charakterlich durch einen sorgfaltig durchgefuhrten Destillations- und Reifungsprozess auszeichnet. Ein Teil des Alkohols reift in Fassern aus franzosischer Eiche, die aus der Dordogne stammen. Dank der relativ geringen Dichte der Fasser kann der Alkohol tief in das Holz einziehen und diesem damit aussergewohnlich viele Eigenschaften entziehen. Glenlivet 15 Years French Oak ist ein einzigartiger, angenehmer und wunderbar wurziger Whisky, der dem hauseigenen Stil der Marke die Treue halt, zugleich aber auch ein kleines bisschen mehr bietet.
